The location, building design, neatness and the size of the room. All the services that these people provided were extremely great and professional. 1, Moses (house keeper) 2, Latifat ( receptionist) 3, Lukmon ( alpha house keeper) 4, Adebayo ( bar staff) 5, Charles (bar staff) 6, Adebayo (bar staff) 7, Security in blue uniform. 8, All the welcome team. The staff customer service were all exceptional.

Great facilities and safe. Staff were very accommodating and always ready to help. Though had issue with the first room (Cooling system not working properly) but the hotel manager got that sorted. I was upgraded to a luxury room which was great. He also gladly extended my checking out time without paying anything extra due to my late flight departure. Overall, it was a good and safe place to stay.

The reservation staff claimed I was upgraded to superior room being my first time and that I was also offered breakfast which I was also told was not included in the cost for reservation.

Honestly, the breakfast is okay, the room is sparkling clean and the location is central, it is adjacent to the Ikeja Sheraton and a few minutes' drive to the airport.

Citiheight was pleasantly surprising in the quality of the facility. Location is excellent, near Sheraton Hotel. Front desk reception was excellent. Shout out to Lilian! Very clean sheets and towels. Excellent air-conditioning. Edikainkong was good; ordered twice! :) Very, very good for the price relative to similar hotels in the area. Booking.com discount was good too. :)

I have stayed in this same location 2yrs ago I was very impressed the the management and staff recognized my family right away and gave us exceptional welcome and treatment. I told my friends and family about the experience. Thank you for the hospitality love it
