All the services that these people provided were extremely great and professional. 1, Moses (house keeper) 2, Latifat ( receptionist) 3, Lukmon ( alpha house keeper) 4, Adebayo ( bar staff) 5, Charles (bar staff) 6, Adebayo (bar staff) 7, Security in blue uniform. 8, All the welcome team. The staff customer service were all exceptional.

The reservation staff claimed I was upgraded to superior room being my first time and that I was also offered breakfast which I was also told was not included in the cost for reservation.

Citiheight was pleasantly surprising in the quality of the facility. Location is excellent, near Sheraton Hotel. Front desk reception was excellent. Shout out to Lilian! Very clean sheets and towels. Excellent air-conditioning. Edikainkong was good; ordered twice! :) Very, very good for the price relative to similar hotels in the area. Booking.com discount was good too. :)
